Living is an Art!!!!
LIFE....a sweet, simple 4
letter word is a gift full of gifts....
Have you ever thought
how to live??
It's an art which can be
understood by the ones who are deeply in love with their life.
Life is in the living. It is not a thing. It's a process. There is no way to attain to life
except by living it, by being alive, by flowing and streaming with it.
Life isn't anywhere
waiting for you. It is happening to you, in your breathing, circulating in your
blood, beating in your heart....
Whenever I wasn't happy
with my life, my thoughts, my intentions, I always used to think.." I just
wanna go the Himalayas" to go away from the people, away from the stupid
things happening around me, to get some peace..Crazy feeling isn't it?
But I ‘am pretty
sure, everybody would definitely go into this phase of life once
in their lifetime!
And then all of a
sudden, I realized...Nobody can give you the meaning of life. It is your life
and the meaning also has to be yours. Himalayas won't help. Nobody except you
can come upon it. It is your life and it's accessible only to you. Strange, yet
true!
Well, in my own understanding,
let me compare LIFE with a DISH. A dish which has different flavors, could be
salty, sweet, bitter, sour etc..Yet one thing remains constant, i.e., the TASTE!
That's how life is too!
It has different
flavors. It could be happiness, sorrow, fear, love, hate etc..But
something remains eternally constant and that something is MEMORIES!!
Few words by Osho:
“Life is not certain,
life is not secure. Life is insecurity. Each moment you move into more and more
insecurity. It is a gamble. One never knows what's gonna happen next and it's
beautiful that one never know. If it was predictable, life would not be worth
living. If everything was certain, you would not be a man at all, you would be
a machine. Only for machines is everything secure and certain."
Let us pause a moment,
think where we stand, how we are living our lives. Open your eyes. Look around.
Look at the people around you. Look at the things that are happening around
you.
Are we really satisfied
with what we have?? It's obviously a NO.
We humans will never get
satisfied with what we have. Can be called "Greedy creatures"
Greediness is OK
in just one sense i.e., attaining knowledge. In fact, we must be greedy in
acquiring knowledge and nothing else.
But, never compromise or
get satisfied yourself in living the moments. Life doesn't run on tracks. And
that's the beauty of it, the glory of it, the music of it..that it is always a
SURPRISE!!
Just live it! Make
mistakes. But don’t become a fool by repeating the mistakes. Learn
from the mistakes. That alone will take you to your inner light.
Be ready to go into the
unknown. Don't cling yourself to the known or mind. Mind isn't life. Thinking
via mind doesn't help everywhere. Listen to your heart. Help others. Spread
love. Share your feelings. Don't confine your feelings to your heart. You never
know, you might miss a beautiful person whom you can share your life with.
Never regret. Just do whatever you feel like doing at that moment.
Just be ordinary
in an extraordinary way. But, bring a quality of awareness to your ordinary
life. Don't try to understand life. You'll become messy. Just live it and
you'll understand it. Go with the flow.
Life is so beautiful
that you don’t have to create another superior life to it. Go deeper and move
deeper into it and the heartfelt depths will be revealed to you.
Do you understand what I
‘am talking about??
You should!! Because,
only when you understand it, your whole life will be transformed, your
relationship with the world will change. In fact, your life will have a totally
different meaning.
Live intensely! I really
mean it. Live passionately!
After all, we just have
one life.........
Live it! Love it! Taste
the complete essence of it!!! :) :) :)
